We’ve been spending our August-September holidays at the Grand Levent Hotel for five years. Compared with other hotels in the area in the same class, we find Grand Levent much better. The green grounds are beautiful, and the rooms feel spacious and airy. Even in the busiest months, the staff work hard to help guests. There are always places to sunbathe at the beach and by the pool. The cuisine deserves a higher rating than the four stars it advertises, and the kitchen, restaurant, and bar staff are always smiling. The pool, restaurant, and other shared spaces are clean. Two things could make the stay even better: room cleaning happens throughout the day, and its quality control could improve. Some hangers in the bathrooms for clothes or towels would also make them more comfortable. Thanks to all the hotel staff for making our stays so enjoyable.

We paid 165 euros for one night for a family of three, and it felt like a scam. The room smelled, the bathroom toilet wasn't clean, and the place is old and clearly needs renovating. The shower and tap water wasn't warm enough to shower with, yet it was so hard that you couldn't soap yourself. After washing, my skin felt like dry paper. The food wasn't good either. There was no water or tea in the room, and we had to pay extra for those. The hotel is right on the beach, but it's not even a nice beach. I'm so disappointed and will never come back.

The rooms were roomy enough, and the food was delicious. Just keep in mind there's no lunch, only breakfast and dinner. The sea was wonderful, clean, and clear, so don't forget your sea glasses.
