Shalom House

The spacious, clean room and plush bedding made for a very comfortable night's sleep. We stayed two nights at Shalom House, and its quiet atmosphere gave us a welcome break from the bustle. Breakfast had plenty of delicious choices each morning, and the staff paid great attention to detail and went out of their way to make us comfortable. We had a delightful stay that exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend it for a restful getaway in Port Of Spain - Trinidad.

I needed a place at short notice after an unexpected event at Nube Valpark at 1am Sunday morning, and they made room for me when I called to explain. The room had a comfortable Hilton design, and the simple complimentary breakfast was satisfying. The staff member was warm, cooperative and welcoming. Since I got up and about late, around 9.30am, she even let me stay an extra hour for free. Everything I wanted from an overnight stay was more than satisfying. Full five stars. They are the best!

I won a little Bmobile goody bag at the Royals woman’s conference. We used their small get-together room, which felt spacious but still intimate.

The breakfast was lovely, and I enjoyed spending time by the pool. Flowers surround the pool and breakfast area, making it a comfortable place to relax and “breeze off.” The rooms were clean and well equipped, and the owners and staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. “Shalom House” really is a fitting name. I had an incredible time, with peace and fun, and honestly have zero complaints. I’ll definitely come back.
