We stayed in the spacious “quadruple room with sea view” and had an amazing north/western view of the sunset, followed soon after by fog rolling in. The room interior was renovated and super clean. You do need to leave your shoes in the lobby and wear slippers. The staff were super friendly and breakfast was prepared. There’s no elevator, and payment is in cash on site.

The room was spacious and both it and the bathroom were clean. Staff were friendly, and breakfast was a nice extra. It’s a great spot near bus stops and the main attractions. I’ll book here again when I visit Jiufen.

The roof has a really nice view, and the staff are helpful. The location is great, close to the main attractions and the bus stop. We chose a room with a window, though not every room has one. There’s no elevator, and toilet paper can’t be flushed.

The rooms were clean and roomy enough to stretch out and feel comfortable. There’s a set breakfast menu for guests, with five distinctive drinks to choose from. It’s a short walk to juifen, and the location is excellent. Even with just a few floors, each room is thoughtfully made to take advantage of views you don’t usually get. This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. I’d take photos at night, when the shops are closed and there are fewer tourists, for a less common view of the area :)
