Getting around is easy since the bus station is very close.

The price was good, and my room felt comfortable and very clean. The staff member was extremely helpful. There was no breakfast, though, and water was the only beverage. Scooter parking costs 150 per day, which seems steep.

Breakfast had plenty of choices, but only a few suited European tastes. It would be nice to have peanut butter and European ham or sausage alongside the scrambled eggs. The room itself was spotless, including the shower and toilet, and really nice. Mine was right beside the elevator, about 5m away, so at night the elevator motor was all I could hear. I think the room number was 501 or 511, but I can't recall for sure. Still, it's a very good hotel and I'd recommend it to others.

Manager Eddie was especially proactive, sharing useful tips for getting around Taichung. The service was professional and welcoming, and both the location and room were awesome. I'd definitely recommend it to families and anyone else.

The staff were helpful and the rooms clean. I wasn't comfortable with the location, though, because people staring at you can make you feel uneasy.
