The common area is roomy, with a large kitchen where you can buy snacks and beer, plus a balcony and board games. The six-floor hostel is clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are quiet, with almost no outside noise, and the shared toilets and showers are clean. They also organize city and out-of-town tours at a really good price. I think it's one of the best hostels in Taipei.

We mostly came back just to sleep, and the room was adequate for our stay. It was small, but had a Queen size bed, and the room, bed, and bathroom were all very clean. The shower is in the bathroom, so everything gets wet, but once you work out where to put your toiletries it's manageable. Staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was simple but enough to get the day started. I'd stay here again.

The room had three other beds, looked clean, and seemed laid out efficiently. The shared bathroom was clean too, with private stalls and showers. First impressions of the staff were good: polite, professional, and respectful. I needed somewhere with a vacancy that would hold a space for me until 2 am and allow a late checkout, at a low but not “Catch a Disease” low price. Everyone else I'd contacted was full. It's also close to stores selling necessities. I'll write more after my first night's sleep, and I plan to show pictures tomorrow before my 12 noon checkout.

There were 15 slots in the multi-person room, most of them doubles, so I estimate there were close to 30 people in my room. Each slot had a curtain for privacy, plus a light and outlet by the bed. The narrow aisles felt especially tight with large rollerboards piled there, and locker space was limited. Still, noise wasn't a problem, and reception had free earbuds. Upstairs, the living room and balcony offered a nice break and a good view. There was also an outdoor garden area, though it had no view. The location was convenient, within easy walking distance of the main train station. The place makes good use of space, but if you want privacy or room to work, their private rooms are quite hotel-like.
