There’s a small, lovely outdoor spot beside the breakfast area where you can refresh and chat with friends or colleagues. The dining space stays open all day, with coffee, cookies, and apples. Breakfast in the morning is excellent. Rooms are comfortable and spacious, with windows, and the gym is small but good. Overall it’s a very nice hotel, well connected within Taipei city.

The bathroom design stood out to me, and the small room still felt cozy. The lighting took some figuring out at first, since it wasn't clear how to switch just the lights I wanted on or off. Breakfast was included each day, but staff sometimes took away plates while I was still eating, without checking first. A couple of times they asked if I still wanted the food only after clearing it. I can see they were trying to work efficiently, but it felt like guests were being hurried along instead of looked after. Housekeeping also made me uncomfortable one afternoon when I was still in my room around 1-2pm and the housekeeper asked why I hadn't left yet. I'm on vacation, and I shouldn't feel pushed to leave my room early. The service wasn't all bad, but those moments have made me unsure about staying here again.

The staff really made breakfast special, going out of their way each morning. There's a good spread to get the day started, and the comfortable bed made for restful nights. The modern interior looks great, and the strong air conditioning was a welcome break from Taipei's heat. It's a family friendly business hotel in a prime location, with very good value for money. I'd happily recommend it.

Mr. Takahiyo was especially friendly and professional, and I was surprised that he speaks Chinese so well despite being Japanese. The reception team was responsive and did what they could to meet requests. Our room felt warm and cozy, too. I'd consider staying here again on my next trip to Taipei.

Since Jul 24, I've stayed here whenever I'm in Taipei. Osiris, Sophy, Helen and Arthur always greet me warmly when I check in, and it's the people who make the difference between a good hotel and a GREAT one. The rooms are great and always super clean. Breakfast is amazing, and you can walk to the MRT, a supermarket and other amenities. Definitely recommend 🤗
