The staff were especially friendly and helpful, and I found the room rate good value. I was comfortable during my stay and came back later to stay again. It’s a lovely, clean hotel in a great spot, close to buses, metro and trains, with plenty of food options around. I recommend it and hope to return soon.

I spent 14 days here on an extended business trip to Taipei and would definitely come back. It’s a friendly, clean place and a good deal. The staff speak English, are helpful with questions, and there’s always someone at the front desk. The downstairs lobby has space to work, plus free coffee, tea, and snacks. The Standard room I chose was the smallest, but it was decent for the price. It had no windows and was small, but came with a comfortable desk, small fridge, hot water kettle, safe, and plenty of lights and power sockets. Larger rooms are available. The bathroom was the usual open shower beside the toilet and sink. The water pressure and temperature were fine. I use washcloths, which they didn’t provide, but I brought my own. Wi-Fi was free and reasonably fast, and the room was cleaned regularly with tea, coffee, and water replenished. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from Taipei Main Station, making it convenient to reach from Taoyuan Airport via the Airport Express. It’s in the Linsen St area, with lots of bars and clubs, but I didn’t hear any noise. Rooms facing the street might, though. The area felt safe, has plenty of good restaurants, especially Japanese ramen and izakaya places, and is near MRT and Youbike stations.

For the price, the room condition was amazing, and the location was good. The staff were very friendly. They kept our luggage after checkout and helped with an inconvenient request for us. It left a clean, kind impression. Thank you.
