The room had working A/C and came with a mosquito net. There was no hot water, though the room temperature water was pretty good. Handy stop near the main Dar-Morogoro road, just follow Google Maps or ask around. A double B&B was still 40,000 Tsh, and you can park by your room and run an extension to charge a battery or fridge.

The food was delicious, and A/C and Wi-Fi were available. It was clean and quiet, with two pools that felt convenient and safe for children. The price is affordable for budget travelers, so I'd recommend it to families visiting Tanzania on holiday.
