Shaib, the barista, deserves a special mention. He made us excellent coffee every day, and his attention to detail and friendly manner made mornings a pleasure. He really went above and beyond. We had a wonderful honeymoon here. The room service, beach bar staff, and breakfast and lunch teams were all so attentive, friendly, and welcoming. The hotel also arranged thoughtful honeymoon touches, including a lovely surprise in our room and a romantic dinner on the beach on the day we chose. Those details made the stay even more memorable. Thank you to the whole team for making our honeymoon so special.

Omar, our favourite receptionist, deserves a shout-out! We had an absolute blast during our week at Diamond Mapenzi and will definitely return. The facilities were beautiful, the staff were great, there was loads of entertainment, and the seafront loungers made the location even better. Highly recommend this resort.

To be honest, this is the best all-inclusive hotel we've stayed at. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the pools were big, and there was plenty of food variety, especially fish and pork. The bar team were GREAT and so well trained. Tell them what mood you're in and they'll find the drink you need, all day long. Thanks, guys!

The calm atmosphere made it easy to unwind, and the clean, comfortable rooms were well maintained. The ocean views are stunning and the location is beautiful. Staff were welcoming, friendly and always ready to help. There was a good range of food, too. A great place for a solo trip, a couple, or a family. I'd recommend it and would love to come back.
