A peaceful spot for relaxing or getting out into nature, with comfort intact. The campsite was lovely and beautifully placed, clean and well looked after. Staff were helpful and friendly. I loved our stay and would recommend it.

Watching the sunset from the lodge while monkeys played in the trees was lovely. The atmosphere there was wonderful, and our guide was helpful and drove safely. Over our three-day trip, we were lucky to see all the animals we’d hoped for in the national park, including lions and even a baby elephant. The staff were very nice, and the food was fine, with big portions so we never went hungry. Would definitely recommend!

We were two women traveling on our own, and the staff made us feel welcome and looked after our needs throughout. They were very nice, and the food was great, prepared with a lot of care. The safari we booked was outstanding, and we got to see everything we wanted. Thanks so much for making sure we felt comfortable and had a great experience the whole time.

We spent four days at the camp, fitting in safaris and visits around the area. The stay was more than perfect. Thank you all for the warm welcome and kindness. I’d recommend a visit to anyone in Tanzania.

We had a lovely four-night stay at Ngalawa camp. The staff were wonderful and helpful, and we enjoyed the meals. It’s right in nature, with baboons wandering around the camp, though they aren’t aggressive. The Rufiji riverbank is only 500 meters away. If you’re a light sleeper, earplugs may help with the occasional bushbaby noises at night.
