We were there during a quiet time of year, which made the camp and park feel even more intimate and spectacular. There was wildlife everywhere, and we’d absolutely stay again. The hosts Jaime and Jerry were welcoming, friendly, and always around to help or answer questions. Their dog Leah was adorable, keeping watch and happily playing with the monkeys. Every staff member was incredible. Flo looked after us each day, so a big shout-out to him. The food was tasty and good quality. Coffee arrived at our tent every morning before breakfast, just right while getting ready for safari and watching sunrise. Our guide Hans knew so much and clearly loves wildlife. He was funny too. The safari drives were great, and the whole experience was made extra special as we’d recently got engaged. The team surprised us with bubbly and a homemade congratulations cake. Thank you Jaime, Jerry, and everyone!

A brilliant trip all around. Our safari driver, Emmanuel, was a fountain of knowledge and I’d highly recommend him. The accommodation, food, and drinks were all top notch, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier.

Our private dinner was set beside a log fire, and halfway through we had the surreal sight of an elephant and a bush baby. Then the staff and chefs brought out a honeymoon cake and danced for us. Emmanuel, our game drive guide, was friendly, patient with all our questions, and knew a lot about the wildlife. We also had several breaks and picnics with tasty food and drinks. The owners were wonderfully friendly, helpful, and accommodating, even when I arrived with stomach trouble. They were lifesavers. My wife and I had an unforgettable honeymoon stay at Selous Kulinda Camp. The food and service were phenomenal, and we couldn’t fault a thing. Thanks again!

The mango juice was so good! The camp is quiet and pleasant, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It’s very close to a Masaai village, which was a great experience, and to the national park for safari. We loved having no wifi in the rooms. You have to walk over to the common area, which is a nice place to relax. And did I mention the mango juice?

The game drives were all spectacular in different ways. Hans went out of his way to show us wildlife, beautiful nature, and stunning views. He knows so much, and he’s a warm, pleasant person to spend time with. From bush coffee to lunch in the wild, everything was thoughtfully arranged. Our tents were excellent, beautifully decorated, with a wonderful shower and breathtaking views just outside. The food was amazing every day. From the moment we arrived, everyone was so kind and made us feel at home. Hamisi, our waiter, took such good care of us that we never lacked for anything. We spent four unforgettable days at Kulinda Camp on our honeymoon, and it was the most special and beautiful stay of our whole trip. Everything was better than perfect, we’d give more than five stars if we could. We’re so grateful and would recommend it to everyone. By far our best honeymoon stay.
