It’s a convenient spot, about a 10-minute walk to the center, with the business venue nearby. My room was spacious and had a good renovation. The shared shower and toilet were clean, and they provided the accounting documents quickly. Parking can be hard to find, though that’s normal for Kiev. I liked everything.

The apartment isn’t set up for power outages, and they don’t bother warning you about them. There are no extra light sources, not even a match to light the stove. I managed to heat food once for 800 hryvnias a day while the power was on, and the rest of the time it was out. The refrigerator stinks. The bedding they presented as fresh was dirty, with hairs and pistachio crumbs on it. Even the slippers, packed in a bag, had been carefully placed on top. There were both dead and live cockroaches. Black mold covered the shower floor and curtain, and because the shower is built into the ceiling, there’s no way to wash without getting your hair wet. There’s no air freshener in the bathroom, despite as many as seven people staying at once. Imagine the atmosphere in there. The price was 807, not 756. Outside, there’s a busy, noisy highway and nearby train tracks, and you can hear them even at night. You can also hear the neighbors clearly, especially the loud doors slamming in the shared hallway.

I liked the pleasant atmosphere and the location. I was satisfied and will definitely come back.

The website calculated the price as 1160.00 UAH after I entered the number of days. But when I arrived and had seen the place, they told me it would be 11,000.00 UAH. What a lie! What kind of service is this? Maybe we’re getting closer to Europe, but in the opposite direction!
