The concierge was very kind and understanding, so my complaint isn't about her. The second star is for her, and I hope the owner reads this and improves things. There's no AC, the room feels empty, and there's not enough air. I was told to sleep on the second floor even though the first floor was free. At 100 kg and with an injury, climbing up there felt like climbing a palm tree. The kitchen is barely big enough for two people. Instead of pictures, they should at least put in a fan. There were guests downstairs who had bought two rooms even though check-in wasn't for another three days. I forgot I'd rented for a week. If I'd known, I'd have stopped after one day. I don't recommend it.

The manager was welcoming and looked after the cleanliness, discipline, and guests. The hostel itself is clean, cozy, and comfortable, with an interesting interior and a convenient location. I don't regret staying here, and would recommend it.

I could explore the center of Kyiv on foot because the hostel is so well located. I also want to thank the owner for the good conditions and professional staff. Elena Nikolaevna, who looks after the place, is friendly and well mannered, and she created a warm atmosphere among the guests. Everyone I met was unusually polite. I stayed for a week and didn't come across anyone showing signs of intoxication. The hostel was impeccable.

Watch out when paying: they won't give your money back even if you hand it over and then change your mind. They're so cheap. The shower is awful and smells of sewage, and there's no washing machine. In shared rooms, you might be assigned with a man or a woman regardless of your own gender. The administrators seem completely incompetent. They yell constantly on weekends, so relaxing here isn't possible. The chain's administrator seems mentally ill to me, with inappropriate and aggressive behavior.
