Premier Inn Ashford Central

The rooms were clean, the corridors quiet and the facilities easy to use. My wedding guests and I stayed for two nights around the wedding, and the team couldn’t have been more helpful. They listened to our requests for elderly relatives and accommodated them without any fuss. We arrived to find a lovely congratulations note, a box of chocolates and a bottle of fizz. It was a lovely stay, and I’d recommend it to anyone in the area.

The menu has a better selection of meals now than when I started visiting two and a half years ago. It’s not a high end restaurant, but the food is good and the place is welcoming. The staff have always been friendly, and it’s lovely to see familiar faces who remember me each time I stay. I’d recommend it.

I’ve stayed at the Ashford Premier Inn (Orbital) for quite a while and the staff have looked after me well. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are tidy, and the WiFi has just been updated. I’d happily recommend staying here.

We needed somewhere to sleep near family, and this did the job. The rooms were fine for the price, clean but with the usual wear and tear. The double bed felt small for two large people, and the mattress has seen better days. The bathroom was okay, though the shower had poor pressure. WiFi was terrible, so I turned it off, since the weak mobile signal was better. The hotel sits in a large industrial estate, mostly car showrooms, with a McDonald’s opposite. There’s a big car park, which was mostly empty. We ate breakfast at the Table Table restaurant opposite the hotel, not attached as they often are. It was adequate, but the hot food seemed to have been sitting out for a while, and the continental selection, especially the fruit, was limited. It costs £10.99 for “unlimited” breakfast, though who needs unlimited breakfast? In hindsight, McDonald’s nearby might have been preferable.
