The owner was so nice and made sure guests were happy, with brilliant service throughout our stay and at breakfast. The rooms were a little dated but cozy, and we slept amazingly in the comfortable beds. Each room has a small fridge, which turned out to be really handy. It's about a 10-minute walk into town. The area was nice, quiet and felt safe, and the tram stops nearby. Such a lovely hotel, couldn't recommend it enough!

We all loved the funny guy who made us feel at home and welcome. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, and breakfast was really nice, with everything ready straight away and the tables nicely set. This is a traditional, old-fashioned B&B in a good location near North train station and the trams. The town centre is walkable, and Funny Girls is just around the corner. Our room was clean and the bed very comfortable. This little gem is ideal for a weekend in Blackpool! 😊

Steven was friendly and pleasant, and never intrusive. The hotel is very central, just a 5-10 minute walk to the town centre, with a tram stop nearby at Pleasant Street. You have to ring the bell or it won't stop. It's adults-only in a quiet area, and we had no trouble with noise at night. The other guests we saw at breakfast seemed very happy too. The cooked breakfast was nice and would keep you going all day. If you don't want it, say so in advance, or an unexpected hot plate may appear at your table. Cleanliness was good but could be better. The hotel is very dated, with a chocolate brown bathroom suite, and the shower took 15 minutes to heat up despite having very low pressure. The twin room mattresses felt as if an army of elephants had slept on them. I had to lie on a pillow in the middle to get decent lumbar support. Apparently there's a car park, which would've been handy to know before I paid £17 for the nearby council car park.

The host was magnificent, honest about the broken lift and non-working bell, neither of which mattered to me. The room was extremely tidy when I arrived, and my stay was very pleasant. It's a basic room, and the single bed was far too soft. The hotel decor is dated. The only real downside was the riffraff outside other hotels in the area. It's a five-minute walk to the tower, and I'd be happy to stay again.

North Pier is just a short walk away, and there are bus stops and a tram stop nearby. We had a fantastic stay. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet, and breakfast was delicious. The optional evening meal was lovely too. Steve is friendly and easy to approach, and nothing seems like too much trouble.
