The bar and restaurant staff were extremely helpful and efficient, and the food and breakfast came out quickly. The area's a bit quiet for things to do, but that's not the hotel's fault. It worked well for my business trip, and the price was reasonable. Recommended. I also need to clarify my point about water after the venue's response. There was no drinking water in the room, no fountain or water in the lobby, and no water machine. I asked at reception, but the woman there wasn't much help and sent me to the bar, which wasn't what I meant. Visitors may need to bring snacks and water or go to the local Aldi.

Emma was especially attentive, helping at reception and guiding people to their breakfast tables. She made sure our room had enough refreshments and fresh towels during our two-night stay. When we checked out on 1 December, she gave my child a little elf treat, which made their day and gave the stay a lovely personal touch. The hotel was very clean throughout, and our room was spacious enough for all three of us. Everyone was friendly, and Emma really went above and beyond.

Emma and Irina at reception made the stay feel personal. They were welcoming and professional from the moment I arrived, and whenever I passed the desk, they took the time to ask how I was doing. The room was clean, well cared for and very comfortable. Housekeeping clearly does a good job.

For the price, this is a great hotel, and the staff we did see were focused on good service. But the room was freezing on our second night, with no obvious way to adjust the heating, whether via aircon or anything else. When we left early the next morning, the front door was standing open and letting cold air in. The hallway radiators weren't on either. There was nobody at the front desk around 6:30am to report it to. The cold is why I can't honestly give this a five-star rating.
