The room was spacious and very clean, and the bathroom was just as tidy. The bed was super comfortable, the shower hot with great pressure, and the Wi-Fi worked really well. Staff welcomed me warmly and explained everything. There’s a large car park that gym visitors also use, plus a free drink voucher and a little rubber duck. The hotel is close to the city centre. Leisure centre access is free, though I didn’t use it. Breakfast costs extra but can be added. I’d stay again if I’m in town.

We’ve been back many times, and this visit came with a lovely surprise: an upgrade to a junior suite. It made our anniversary trip feel especially memorable, and we’re really grateful. The spa is always warm and clean, and the food and drinks are tasty and fairly priced. Staff are friendly and professional, with a welcoming manner that never feels intrusive. There are plenty of reasons we keep returning.

The restaurant dinner was lovely, and breakfast was amazing. Staff were pleasant and helpful throughout, and the location makes it easy to get around Dundee centre. Our bed was very comfortable and the room spotless. It was a cold night outside, though, and the room itself felt chilly. There was a gap under the door, and the heating took a long time to warm things up. We had a lovely overnight stay on 21/11/25 and would come back.

The spa is hard to beat for what you pay. I also found the gym genuinely good, with quality Techno Gym machines and some free weights. There’s no barbell, though that’s unusual for a hotel gym anyway. Staff were helpful and friendly, and lent me a UK to Euro power plug when I hadn’t brought one. The rooms feel fairly modern, and even the cheapest room had a great bathroom. Food was good too. Very satisfied.

The leisure facilities really made this getaway feel special, and having everything on hand was relaxing. Service was great, with friendly, helpful people throughout. I’m already thinking about coming back for another trip.
