I've stayed here about eight times for work. The rooms are fantastic compared with many other Premier Inns I visit: clean, tidy, with a good bathroom and well looked after. The train station is right nearby and gives good service, though the hotel is at the far end of Fleet and the nicer bars and pubs are about a mile up the road. Food is where this place falls short of others. It's nice enough, but the effort seems lacking. I often order the Thai veg curry at Premier Inns with an added chicken breast, and this one regularly disappoints because about half the ingredients are missing. I've been told it's premade and they can't control that, but I've never had this issue at the other places. I've also visited twice when there was no beer available at all, and the only option is bottled beer anyway. The rest of the food is okay. I've had a couple of burgers and the smothered chicken, both basic but fine. Staff are generally friendly, though they don't go out of their way as much as at other places. I won't go into details, but they're very strict about timings, which I suppose is fair enough.

The hotel is easy to drive past, but there's a car park round the back for just £3 overnight. It's in a great, quiet location, and the rooms are clean and well kept. The lad who checked me in was top tier: quick, no fuss, and clear about where to find my room.

I picked this place because I needed to be near the station, and it's only a four minute walk away. The food was good and came without much of a wait. I had the delicious cheese and bacon burger, and slept well in my tidy room. Thanks to all the staff and to manager Jack for making the stay great.

We've been back a few times because the hotel is welcoming and clean. It's also handy for the train station, with an easy ride into Waterloo. Loki was especially helpful and made us feel welcome. We'd recommend staying here, and thank you again, Loki, for the consistently excellent guest care.

Loki was very helpful when we asked for extra towels, and she went above and beyond to sort out the heating. When we arrived, the room was cold, and although we asked a couple of times for the heating AC to be checked, it kept blowing cold air. It was only after Loki looked into it that she turned it on for the rooms. The rooms weren't great or very clean either, with dust on the lamps and behind the beds. Please pass on my praise to Loki.
