Premier Inn Guildford North - A3

The hotel was clean and convenient for my workplace, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. When I visited, though, the team were rushed off their feet, and some of the people serving food were still training. They did make a real effort to help. If possible, training might go better during quieter periods.

We had a great time here. The location was handy, about a 10-minute walk from spectrum, and there’s free parking on site. Our room was clean and comfortable, with the usual Premier Inn amenities, though no fridge or safe. Breakfast was standard, but a bit disorganized, and we had to wait for items to be refilled. The staff were lovely and friendly to us and everyone else.

Our room was very clean, but we were woken up after getting in from London in the early hours. At around 8:30 or 9 in the morning, the door opened and a woman said hello. I woke up quickly, confused and concerned, and answered, “Hello?” She just said, “Oh, sorry, sorry.” I locked the door after that and went back to sleep. I hope it doesn’t happen again.

We chose this hotel as a central meeting point for a family event. The welcome was warm and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Around 20 of us came together for dinner in the evening, arriving at different times after our journeys. The staff handled it brilliantly, keeping everyone fed and smiling. Highly recommended.
