It suited our needs perfectly, and we’d happily stay again. The service felt like seven stars, even though the rooms are more like three. They’re large and comfortable enough for all five of us to sleep well, and the staff were amazing, with plenty of information and useful local tips. It isn’t a five-star hotel yet. I’m looking forward to visiting again and seeing what they’ve been able to do with the place, though they don’t need to change anything for us.

We were very happy with our stay at London Gatwick Inn. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. The place could use some renovations, but for the price of the room, you can’t complain. It’s easy to take the bus from Gatwick Airport, six stops for £3. I’m sure I’ll book again if I need to stay near Gatwick.

I booked at the last minute after my flight changed, and Eios was friendly and accommodating. When there was an issue, Eios upgraded my room and made me feel safe and welcome. It was lovely to chat. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and spacious. I highly recommend staying here and would return if I fly from Gatwick again.

We were visiting family nearby and wanted to split up the journey with our two young kids. The manager was welcoming and helpful from booking through checkout, and we had a great stay. Our room was large, clean, and affordable, with comfortable beds and a lovely bath and shower. It’s close to amenities, and we’ll definitely return next time we’re in the area. Thank you!

There’s plenty of parking, and the room I stayed in had a fridge. Since it was quiet that night, they upgraded me, which was a lovely touch. Gatwick Airport is a great reason to stay here, and I’ll keep it on my list for whenever I need a room before flying from Gatwick again.
