James and Angela were wonderful hosts, and the room was clean, cozy and just right. Breakfast was lovely too. The guest house is in a great spot: cross the bridge and you're among the town's restaurants and the station.

Breakfast was delicious and made to order, and James and Angela clearly take great pride in the guest house. They were wonderful hosts. The rooms are small but very clean and cozy, with everything you need. It's in a nice, walkable neighborhood, and the location made our stay in Inverness a pleasure.

I've stayed at mardon several times over the past few years, and James and Angela always make it special. They're a lovely couple, and nothing you ask of them seems to be a problem. The house and rooms are very clean, breakfast is lovely, and it's only a short walk to the river and shops.

The hosts made us feel very welcome and shared helpful information about the city. We had a lovely stay while touring Scotland, and the rooms were cozy with a strong WiFi signal. There's parking at the property, though we didn't need to use it. The city centre and train station are both within walking distance, and I'd definitely stay again.

The room was wonderfully cozy, with an especially soft carpet, and breakfast tasted like it had been made with real Scottish love. We had a very special time staying with you while taking part in the Loch Ness Marathon 2023.
