Getting around from here was easy, and the room was nice too. The en-suite felt a bit cramped, one charging socket didn't work, and there wasn't a chair at the desk. Self check-in was straightforward, but the signs to my room were poor. It was in a separate building, and I had to find a staff member to point me the right way. Breakfast was fairly basic compared with other Premier Inns I've stayed at. I'd still come back if I was in the area.

The room itself was a letdown: it smelled musty, the carpet was filthy, the walls were marked, and the pictures were hung crookedly. One bedside table was broken and had been replaced with what looked like an old bar stool. We were given only one towel to share, so we had to ask for more. Outside the window were bins and a very busy railway. I counted five trains passing in one minute, and the noise and shaking kept waking us, including at night. The breakfast was stone cold even though we went just before 8am, so we couldn't eat it and ended up spending more on food elsewhere. The staff were friendly and tried to help, but I wouldn't stay here again. We need to return to the area in six weeks for another appointment, and we'll stay somewhere else. We'd booked two nights online for £153, and the confirmation email showed that price. It also said parking and WiFi were free. When we arrived, we were told the stay would cost £177, with another £18 for parking. The receptionist looked into the price difference, waived the parking charge, and added breakfast. But we were warned that cars there are sometimes broken into or damaged, and then told WiFi would cost £5 per day. So within ten minutes, the price and the advertised free parking and WiFi had all become problems, and we were worrying about the car too. We'd travelled two hours because my partner had a hair transplant appointment locally, and needed somewhere easy to reach where we could rest. We've stayed at many Premier Inns without trouble, but this was a terrible experience from beginning to end. The website photos didn't match our room at all.

The bed was comfy, and the room was lovely. We couldn't hear the traffic, the TV worked, and the WiFi had just been fixed and was fine for us. There was extra tea and coffee at reception if we needed it, and it was easy to get to the OVO arena. At check-in we started using the self-service machine, then a friendly staff member came over to help and asked about our stay. I didn't get her name. We'd happily stay here again.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and I had a comfortable two-night stay at premier inn Harrow. Kenton station on the Bakerloo line is just a three-minute walk away, while Northwick Park station on the Metropolitan line takes about nine minutes to reach on foot. The bed was very good. Though the hotel is across the road from the tube station and you can hear it during the day, it wasn't disruptive and got quieter around 9pm.

We were happy with the stay, even though a cherry picker was parked outside our window over the weekend. The room looked out onto the railway, which we'd chosen. The bed was very comfortable and the temperature was fine. The woman who checked us in on 23/1/26 was polite, helpful and professional. We stayed three nights from 23/1/26. A great stay.
