Our room was enormous, spotless and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had one of the best nights’ sleep we’ve had in a hotel. Everything felt high quality, from the bathroom to the little finishing touches. The building is stunning too, with exposed brickwork, high ceilings and a dockside setting that feels luxurious but still warm and welcoming. The staff were fantastic, friendly and professional, and nothing was too much trouble. They clearly care about guests having a great stay. We had drinks at Stanley’s Bar & Grill, which had a lovely atmosphere and a relaxed, classy feel. It’s a little outside the city centre, which we actually liked for the peace, and only a short taxi ride from town. We recently stayed at the Titanic Hotel Liverpool, and it was honestly one of our best hotel experiences. We’ll definitely return.

The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly with good service. Breakfast was very nice. We spent a night at this beautiful hotel and really enjoyed it. We booked spa access in advance, and I’d strongly recommend doing that. It was relaxing, and I liked that they limit capacity so everyone can enjoy the facilities. A couple of things could improve: the foot spa wasn’t working, and I’d have liked to try it. The room lighting was quite dim, and it would be nice if it could be adjusted. We booked the love on the docks package with a classic room, which was a good deal since breakfast and a bottle of wine were included.

We had dinner and breakfast as part of our package, and both were enjoyable and good value. The deal also included B&B, and was great value. We booked spa access for the day we arrived. The spa is small, but £20 for two hours for hotel guests seemed fair. It had a hydrotherapy pool, sauna, saunarium, steam room, two experience showers, foot spas (not working when we visited), loungers, free herbal tea and water, and a relaxation area that was a bit too chilly to unwind in. It was dimly lit and a little noisy, but pleasant enough for a couple of hours. Our express treatments cost £45 each and were great. Having the treatment at the end of the two-hour slot worked well. The room was spacious, well decorated and well appointed, with a beautiful bathroom, nice shower, robes and slippers. The terrible pillows were the exception: the twin beds both had awful lumpy pillows. It was also very dim in the room. We didn’t really explore the location, as we just went to the spa to recharge. It seemed quite industrial, though there are good links to central Liverpool and Everton Stadium. It’s an impressive building and we had a lovely stay, let down only by the awful pillows and dim lighting.

Dinner at the Stanley Bar and Grill was fantastic, with great flavour and spot-on presentation. Breakfast the next morning was just as good. The full buffet felt fresh and had lots of options, including continental food, a pancake station and an omelette station. There was a great choice of juice and coffee, and I liked being able to take a coffee away while packing to leave. The staff made the stay, welcoming us with a smile and continuing to look after us throughout. Everyone in the bar, restaurant and around the hotel seemed to care about making sure guests had what they needed. I rarely stay in Liverpool hotels since I live here, but my first stay at the Titanic Hotel Liverpool on Friday genuinely blew me away. The hotel is beautiful and clean, smells lovely throughout, and the lighting creates a nice atmosphere. The rooms are big and comfortable, luxurious without being over the top. The bed was so comfy that I got a full eight hours’ sleep, which almost never happens. I left with a smile on my face. Brilliant experience all round, and I hope to stay again soon.

The corner rooms are huge, with a great bed, a comfortable leather sofa and a massive bathroom with a large bath and shower. It’s the quietest hotel we’ve ever stayed in, absolute bliss. The restaurant and bar are large and lively, and the gym is well equipped. I had it all to myself. This was our third visit, and we truly love the hotel. A few things to factor in: the large room was pretty cold, but management brought us an extra heater. EV charging is a flat £15, parking costs £10 a day, and an Uber into town averages £10.
