The staff, room service and bar were all great, and the comfortable room had easy-to-use facilities and very generous complimentary items. Everything else about this hotel was stellar, which is why the TVs stood out as the one small drawback. The system felt clunky and wouldn’t play files from a connected USB, which I’d hoped to use. YouTube looked washed out, with poor picture quality and no settings to fix it. Pairing my YouTube app with the TV was unreliable too, with the connection cutting out or failing altogether. I watched on the TV in room 448. Still a wonderful hotel with wonderful staff.

The beds were much too firm for us, so anyone who likes a softer mattress may not enjoy them. Our air conditioning also switched off at about the same time each night, even after we mentioned it to staff twice. Breakfast was fine, and the lounge was nice for guests who had access. We were unlucky to have construction work on our floor on Saturday from 10:00 AM, and it went on for a few hours.

The bed was a little harder than we like, but otherwise we enjoyed our three nights in a junior suite in January. There was plenty of storage, and the room felt spacious and nicely decorated. The bathroom was a good size, with an excellent shower. Breakfast had a tasty continental selection, including bircher muesli, pastries and fruit, while my partner liked the varied cooked menu. Staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive.

The staff were so friendly and quick to help whenever I asked for something. We stayed here in October 2025, and the room really did feel luxurious: it was huge and packed with high-end amenities. The bed was super comfortable, and there was a Nespresso machine and cookies. The bathroom was great too, with a huge shower and a bathtub. My wife and I were very impressed. Thanks for a great stay!
