Chesham Court

We had a wonderful stay at Chesham Apartments. Abdulrahman, Robin, Sabrina, Balazs, and the cleaning team were always welcoming, helpful, and professional. They made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended.

The apartment was much bigger than expected, fresh, very clean, and comfortable. The shower heads and water were fantastic. Staff were friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of walking routes and public transport options nearby. My one concern was the slippery bath when using the shower. I asked for an anti-slip mat, but none was available, and we couldn't find one to buy nearby. There also wasn't a grab rail on the wall for balance. We managed by being very careful. Still a good stay, and I'd stay again when in London.

We had handbags and money stolen from our apartment, number 11 on the fourth floor, this week. It then became clear to us that security in the apartment and residence was lacking. With the police and building manager present, we learned there were no security cameras on the windows or emergency entrances. We can't accept that this place is safe, and I wouldn't use it as secure accommodation in London. The reservation director is also often away from the office and unavailable to resolve problems or arrange refunds. A very bad experience.

The location is great, but the photos are deceiving and management is fraudulent. At the Chesham Court property, the apartment stank of the previous tenants' fragrance and body odor. It was disgusting. When I complained, the Manager admitted they hadn't had time to clean properly before my stay. They apologized and agreed to refund me because I had to move out, as it was intolerable. But they never returned any money. Liars and cheats.
