We only tried Nobu of the two restaurants, and it was phenomenal. Breakfast at the hotel was top notch too. The area is great, with a short walk across the park to Buckingham Palace and other sights. What really stood out was how kind everyone was to my toddler. The service was exceptional, and the staff went out of their way to make him feel special. Maryam deserves a huge shoutout for a thoughtful gesture, and housekeeping was phenomenal, leaving him surprises. Thank you, Sandeep and Lilliana. This is probably the best place we’ve stayed during our travels in Europe. Don’t miss booking here!

The birthday surprise really touched me. I came back to my room to find a lovely gift waiting, a thoughtful gesture that made the stay feel unforgettable and showed how much the hotel values its guests. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, very clean and comfortable, with careful attention to detail and quality amenities. Staff were warm, professional and always ready to help, and made me feel welcome throughout. The Mayfair location is ideal, just steps from Hyde Park, shopping and major attractions, so everything was easy to reach. COMO Metropolitan London combines comfort and luxury with heartfelt hospitality. I highly recommend it for a special London stay.

The check-out was smooth, and I really enjoyed chatting with Iolanda. Daniela welcomed us with a lovely smile, gave my son a little present and thoughtfully offered to help plan our trip. Chencno also made the luggage transfer easy and seamless. Everyone was amazing and made us feel welcome, especially the kind and attentive reception team, who were so good with my son. A memorable, outstanding stay. Highly recommended!

Ali deserves a special thank you. He was outstanding, helpful and had such a great attitude. Everyone at the hotel had a lovely, positive spirit. The location made getting around easy, and the room was spacious, comfortable and relaxing. Service was exceptionally quick, and the calming, beautiful scent in the lobby hits you as soon as you walk in. I’d definitely come back. 🤍✨

My visit was short, but Ali’s kindness and positive energy made it feel special. He greeted me with a warm smile and was both professional and genuinely welcoming. His courtesy really stood out, and he’s a great representative of the hotel. Thanks, Ali, for the excellent service.
