Curzon Street by Mansley

It’s hard to fault these apartments. They’re stylish, clean and in a great spot, very close to Green Park underground. They’re also wonderfully located and the apartments are clean. Ms Elena Santoro was especially helpful, letting us check in as soon as the room was ready. The only real snag was the toilet cistern: it took ten minutes to refill before we could flush again. English plumbing has always been shocking, though! I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

A lovely little place, and it was clean inside. The hotel feels old enough to have a very Victorian elevator, with a gate you open and close. The location is amazing, just ten steps from Shepherds Market. The coffee shop on the nearest corner has outstanding pastries.

After a nine-hour travel day, arriving to find reception closed while my phone wasn’t working made checking in extremely stressful. The toiletries were nearly empty and weren’t replenished. For the price, I was disappointed by the hotel calling itself “luxury”. Scaffolding blocked the view, and the rooms felt stuffy and smelled old.

The location made it easy to walk to many of London's main sights, and the staff were friendly and helpful, with personal recommendations and attentive service. I loved how spacious and beautifully decorated the serviced apartment was. The amenities and little details added to the sense of comfort and luxury. I'd happily recommend 44 Curzon Street by Mansley for a memorable stay in London.
