The buffet was plentiful and good, though not outstanding. What made the stay work for me was the staff: reception and concierge were consistently kind and did their best to help. Special thanks to Marcia, Hichem and Dainius, though I can't vouch for the spelling. Housekeeping also kept my room as clean as it could be. It was small, but manageable for one person, and the dated look didn't bother me much for a 13-night visit. For just a night or two, I might not have noticed it at all. I was clearly on an unrenovated floor, though, and that was the main reason for my four-star rating. I had asked for a walk-in shower because of physical limitations, but my first room had a bathtub. The staff understood and moved me after one night. The shower room was smaller, and the toilet was less than two inches from the wall. I'm not a small person, and I had to sit at an angle with my legs under the sink. The team looked for another option, but a further move meant paying an extra £60 per night, which I couldn't afford. It was uncomfortable, but didn't spoil my trip. From the layout, I suspect rooms ending in 16 or 17 may have the same issue. I'd probably stay here again in similar circumstances. The staff did all they could to make the visit comfortable, and I appreciate that.

The restaurant was really good, and breakfast was just what I expected. Mariana was so nice and attentive. I didn't have time to try the gym or the other services, maybe next time. I'd definitely recommend the hotel.

We got a great rate for our September 2025 stay at the Danubius Hotel Regents Park. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated, and staff were helpful whenever we needed something. St John's Wood subway station on the Jubilee line is about a 10-minute walk away. It's a lovely, slightly calmer part of town, with coffee shops, cafes, restaurants and convenience stores such as Starbucks and pret-a-manger nearby. Regents Park and Primrose Hill are close too.

The people here were the highlight: staff were professional, very friendly, and always willing to help. The restaurant and bar were good, and breakfast was generous and tasty. The room didn't match what I'd expect from a four-star hotel. Furniture looked old and worn, and the bathrooms, while clean, felt dated. Wardrobes and doors were damaged, and the sound insulation was poor. The hallway door didn't shut tightly, so conversations, footsteps, and other corridor noise came through clearly and made it harder to feel comfortable. The hotel has good food and staff, but the rooms need a serious update.

Breakfast was a letdown, the hot food was cold. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the location was good. Staff were very accommodating, but being opposite the lifts kept us awake all night. We could hear them going back and forth, the announcements, and some conversations clearly.
