DoubleTree by Hilton London Ealing

We come to London every February and have done so since 2023. This time my wife and I stayed here for 12 days, 11 nights, and want to thank the whole team. Gifty at the desk is fairly new, but I watched her look after guest after guest on her own with real care. I wouldn't have guessed she'd only been there a short time. She has a great sense of humor and had me laughing quite a bit. Kwai has become a true friend. He's always professional and knows his stuff. Nora and Syuzanna in the breakfast area are consistently welcoming and kind. Hawa, Lucia, Isaac, Mahesh, Sergio, and Matyas deserve a mention too. Thanks to everyone for all you do.

Silvia organized every detail of our ladies-only event in the Springfield room with care, and she followed up proactively throughout the booking. The booking team supported us at every step, which helped make the experience exceptional. Yesterday, the reception staff and duty reservation Manager, Roshan, were helpful and supportive on the day. Thank you all.

The Restaurant and Bar make for a nice place to unwind in the evening. The staff were friendly and professional throughout, from reception to the restaurant, and were ready to help with transport, directions, restaurant suggestions, or other requests. The warm chocolate chip cookie on arrival was 10/10. DoubleTree by Hilton London Ealing is in a quiet part of London, a few steps from Ealing Common Underground station. Getting into central London is quick and easy, so it worked well as a base for exploring. The modern rooms were clean and comfortable, and the quality beds made for a good night's sleep after a long day. A calm, reliable and welcoming stay, highly recommended.

Breakfast was very good, and the staff were pleasant. The rooms are small but cosy, with high-quality sheets and towels, and the reception cookies are excellent. Just be aware laundry prices have another 20% VAT added. If it's raining, the short walk to Ealing Broadway can mean dealing with a few puddles.
