Kathleen house was a great home away from home for my vacation. The staff were kind and helpful, while still giving me space. This was my first time booking and staying in a hotel, so I had some concerns. Everyone I asked for help was patient and understanding. The rooms are well kept, and the location is ideal. A large, diverse shopping centre is ten minutes away, with a train station right beside it, so you can go wherever you like without worrying much about getting back. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, affordable place to stay in London.

I was impressed for a 2 star hotel. The shared bathrooms are cleaned daily, and the bedroom was a good size. The sheets and towels felt clean and fresh, and the mattress and pillows were in good condition. I was very happy with this guest house and would stay again if I came back to the area.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK!!! I booked for a week but couldn’t stay there at all. The room was too small for a double, with dirty carpets and an old mattress. The duvet smelled too, and opening the window meant hearing lots of traffic. After two nights, we asked to cancel. The manager said they’d refund us if we left the key in the room. But after all the calls and emails, they never refunded us and only said their policy doesn’t allow refunds. We had to pay for another hotel in the city for the rest of the week. Never booking again.

I live on the South Coast and Kathleen House is ideally placed in Enfield for an overnight visit or longer when I travel up to support my teams, Enfield Town FC or Spurs. It’s clean, modern, comfortable, and reasonably priced, and Jermaine and his friendly staff give you a warm welcome. If you’re after a chance to relax, unwind, and get a good night’s sleep, give them a call. You won’t be disappointed if you’re lucky enough to book a room at this popular, affordable hotel.

Kathleen House is in a handy spot, with buses and trains nearby, private parking on the drive, and the local shopping centre with all the latest shops close by. Check-in through the online service was easy, and I could pick up the key outside. The staff member I met was absolutely lovely and helped me so much while I was there. I’ll always be grateful. I’d definitely recommend this place 😊
