I heard crickets in the room, and there were bugs all over the place. The bathroom was filthy and smelled awful. I remember seeing pee in the bathtub, and there were bugs in there too. There wasn’t a kitchen or anything, and it honestly felt like nobody cleaned the place. Spiders were everywhere. One bit my neck, and I couldn’t move my head for two days.

We booked one night, but left first thing in the morning instead of staying until our noon checkout. The room was a shock: small beds, a horrible smell, broken furniture, and loud guests. The building itself is very old and badly needs a full renovation. Definitely won’t be back.

We’ve stayed here many times and would happily recommend it. It’s a lovely hotel in a great spot, with a bus stop just a few minutes’ walk away on a 24-hour route.

We’ve been back several times and never had any problems. It’s our first choice whenever we’re in London. The location is perfect. Cheers!

There’s a damp smell throughout, and the staff seemed disorganized. The place is run down, with dated decor, old furniture, broken chairs, broken window handles, and an old shower room. It’s on a busy road in a run-down area, with thin windows, and the full-time tenants are loud and rude. I doubt some of the reviews here, because this doesn’t feel like a 4.5-star hotel. We wouldn’t stay again.
