I've stayed twice, and both times the service was excellent. I was greeted politely, and check-in was quick. The rooms are a good size, with decent in-room facilities, comfortable beds, and good pillows. Breakfast is standard but there's always plenty. It's a 10-minute walk from West Ealing Station. I'd highly recommend staying here if you need a budget-friendly place.
The beds were lovely, breakfast had a great choice, and the staff were friendly and professional. We were in a front-facing room and it was noisy from traffic, though this had nothing to do with the hotel. Earplugs sorted it easily. There's a great Italian cafe around the corner. Leave the hotel, turn right, then take the first right. I highly recommend it. The Tube is an eight-minute walk away.
The staff were brilliant when my young son became unwell in the early hours. I ordered Calpol to the hotel, and one staff member offered us drinks, went outside to look for the delivery, and brought my son cookies. In the morning, a woman gave him a kids' pack with colouring, which he loved. As a single parent, I'd definitely return. Their attentiveness was really reassuring. We stayed with family and were given interconnecting rooms without needing to ask, which was super convenient. The rooms seemed newly refurbished, were clean and spacious, had everything we needed, and were cleaned with the beds made daily. We had working air conditioning and heating, and the curtains gave a total blackout. Noise wasn't a problem, though we heard a few doors now and then, never at unsociable hours. Breakfast was plentiful, with hot and continental choices, plus hot drinks and juice. The dining area looked small for a fairly large hotel, but during half term there were no trouble finding a table and no queues for breakfast or lifts. The area isn't the most attractive, but it's a great base for central London, with regular, reliable transport. Stations are 15-20 minutes on foot or five minutes by bus. There are supermarkets, shops, and takeaways nearby, and council-paid parking is a two-minute walk away. Fantastic, affordable stay that exceeded expectations. Thank you!
The towels were so good I never usually write about towels, but these were among the best I've used, even better than some five-star hotels. The hotel also includes free breakfast and fast, reliable WiFi, which adds a lot of value. There's no gym on site, though several gyms are right next door, and supermarkets and convenience stores are close by. Holiday Inn Express London - Ealing is an affordable, convenient choice in one of the world's most expensive cities. It's a modern, comfortable place that works for business travellers and families, in a charming neighborhood. The Elizabeth line is about a 15-minute walk away, giving direct access to central London and London Heathrow. That makes arrivals, airport trips, and commuting into the city easy. It's a practical spot for a quick layover or a London stay. I'll definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and good value.
The rooms were clean, really nice, and clearly had been refurbished recently. The night staff were especially lovely and treated us like family. Even the guest service manager looked like a Brown Thomas Shelby, which added to the British feel, innit. I was in town for a wedding about a month ago and found the stay decent. Only real downside for tourists is the commute: if you want the London experience, staying in the city would save time.
