Hyatt Regency London Stratford

Monica from Guest Relations was a real asset. She was helpful and did her best to make my anniversary stay exceed expectations. We’re already planning another visit. The hotel team handled our requests quickly and took good care of us. The location is very convenient, with the shopping mall right below. Our kitchenette had everything we needed, and the room was spotless, up to Hyatt standard. Breakfast wasn’t an enormous spread, but everything offered was good quality.

We keep enjoying our stays at Hyatt Stratford. The rooms come in different sizes, but each one we’ve had was comfortable and nicely decorated. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the hotel’s location inside Westfield shopping centre is great. Nothing to fault.

Breakfast was good, the rooms were furnished to a high standard, and the staff were excellent. I was visiting for work, but for anyone travelling with children, there’s a cinema and several places to eat and drink close by. The hotel is beside Westfield Stratford and only about a minute’s walk from Stratford rail and tube stations. I hadn’t stayed at a Hyatt House before, but I’d definitely come back when I’m next in the area. Highly recommended.

We spent five nights here and had everything we needed, with no complaints. The rooms were a good size, so we never felt crowded, and whenever we asked for anything, the staff were kind and professional. Breakfast had a wide selection and never felt chaotic like it can at some other places. The hotel is very conveniently placed right by Stratford station and Westfield Stratford mall, so I’d recommend staying here to anyone. A thank you to the supervisor working the nights of Oct 3rd, 4th and 5th. He made a few small gestures over those nights, which we appreciated. You don’t see that nowadays.
