We really enjoyed our four-night January stay. It’s in a quiet, upscale neighbourhood, with a bus stop right outside. Buses go to Westminster, Trafalgar Square, the West End, and other areas. You can tap on with your phone or credit card. Staff were all super friendly, and breakfast was good with table service. There’s no lift, and the walls are a bit thin. Even so, we’d stay here again on our next trip to London.

Breakfast service was spot on, always with a smile, and there’s a bus stop right outside with regular rides into central London. We had an uncomfortable first night because the mattress was faulty, but the owners sorted it quickly by arranging a replacement. Great service overall. I’d recommend it for a short London trip.

We stayed three nights and found the hotel clean, with our room kept in good shape. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Mark. Getting around was easy thanks to the handy location near public transport, and the price felt very good for London. We’d gladly recommend it.

Breakfast was a highlight for me. It was my first English breakfast, I loved it, and I looked forward to having it each morning. The owners are kind and hospitable, and lovely to chat with over breakfast. We visited in mid-September during good weather. There’s no AC, but opening the window kept us comfortable. I’d happily stay again.

The atmosphere at Luna and Simone was warm and friendly, and everyone treated us so kindly. The landlords were especially gentle and welcoming. We had a wonderful time in London and absolutely recommend the hotel. Thank you!
