We live nearby and often come for breakfast with friends and our children. It’s always a pleasure, thanks to the warm atmosphere Roopinder and Carl create. They’re consistently friendly, kind, and attentive to all of us. Big thanks to them for their excellent service and genuine care. Their professionalism makes every visit enjoyable.

The room had one downside: the window couldn’t be opened even a little, which made it impossible to air the room. I understand it may be a security measure, but ventilation really is needed, especially since there’s already some mould forming around the window. Otherwise, the accommodation was very nice, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice.
Belsize Park station is very close, so getting on the Northern Line was easy. The area felt nice and fairly quiet, and the good windows kept outside noise from waking us. Our small room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was good, with basic shower gel provided, though shampoo and conditioner would have been welcome. Breakfast was fairly pricey for what it was, with limited choices, and there was no dairy milk alternative when I asked. That’s surprising for a large chain and difficult for people with allergies, intolerances, or dietary preferences. We ended up borrowing soya milk from a couple who’d bought some nearby. I didn’t see many staff during the stay, and we handled check-in and checkout ourselves.
The only reason I didn’t give five stars was the breakfast service. It was busy over Christmas, and the staff were doing their best to serve people, refill food, and clear tables, but more help clearing tables would have let guests sit down sooner. Two extra staff on busy days would have made a real difference. Apart from that, I highly recommend it. The family room and bathroom were spacious, the room was very clean, and the hotel was cosy in a nice part of London. The underground is only a two-minute walk along a safe road.
Breakfast was delicious, and my daughter ate free with a paying adult. The staff were polite, helpful, and really great. Our room was clean and the bed was comfy as usual. It overlooked a petrol station, but we didn’t hear any noise from there. We did hear people next door talking and playing videos all night, though that wasn’t the hotel’s fault. Belsize Park tube is a short walk away, with shops and lovely cafes nearby. Another great Premier Inn, and we’d definitely stay again.
