The staff in the dining area, including Mohammed, were kind and helpful. During the three-day seminar, the team in the first-floor conference rooms were just as helpful and empathetic. I attended a course here with Frank Flegg of the insight group, and the room and atmosphere were great. Everyone was supportive and willing to help. On the last day, I accidentally left my portable charger behind. I called the hotel, and Gayantri at the front desk kindly picked it up and kept it for me to collect the next day. Top marks to everyone.

The buffet had a good range of food for both breakfast and lunch, and lunch, breakfast, and snacks were included. The staff at reception and in the restaurant were efficient and polite. I stayed for a work event and we used the conference room on the first floor too. My room was clean, comfortable, and a good size, especially the bed. It’s a quiet place to stay in a good location. I think it’s great overall.

The rooms are large and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, from the full English to the fresh orange juice. A few things didn’t work so well: the kettle was unreliable, I struggled to get the shower set how I wanted, and the TV was awkward to use. The breakfast staff felt a little aggressive. I wanted to charge breakfast to my room but couldn’t, so I ended up paying each day. When I booked, there wasn’t an option to include breakfast.

We arrived at 11:30 pm, so having a bar that served pizza well past midnight was a great help. Breakfast was great too, though there are plenty of other places nearby to explore. The hotel was clean, with spacious, well-equipped rooms. Our family of three, including our four-year-old, found the premium room perfect, especially with the pull-out bed. The soundproofing was very welcome in busy London. I’d definitely recommend it and will come back on my next trip.
