Radisson Blu Hotel, London Canary Wharf East

I fancied a lazy night with no cooking or cleaning, and really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the modern bathroom even had a TV so you could relax and watch while in the bath. The restaurant had great food and a lovely atmosphere, with a great view across the river of the millennium dome. Staff were very friendly, and breakfast had plenty to choose from. The hotel is wheelchair accessible. My only gripe is the parking, which costs £30 for the day. I think it should be less.

The rooms were comfortable, amazing and well looked after, and breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. I stayed in January and really enjoyed it. Service was excellent, with helpful staff who were always smiling. Thanks especially to Esnath, the housekeeping manager, Bisnu for taking great care of my room, Sean and Riad at the bar, Roman and Maria at reception, and Blanchette for helping moe with my room reservation. I’d gladly come back and recommend the hotel.

Roman at the front desk made my Monday stay wonderful. From the moment I arrived, he was kind, professional and welcoming, making check-in smooth and stress-free. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and looked after. It’s rare to meet someone who cares about guests that way. His hospitality made the stay better, and he’s a real asset to Radisson Blu, Canary Wharf. Thanks, Roman, and keep up the great work!

I stayed for two nights and loved the visit. The team’s work made it a fantastic experience. Esnath, the Housekeeping Manager, kept standards high, and Bisnu prepared my room beautifully. It was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Sean and Riad at the bar gave warm service and created a great atmosphere, while Roman and Maria at reception were professional, attentive and ready to help.
