Inn On The Prom Boutique

The bedroom was small but adequate, and when the radiator wasn't getting hot, they sorted it the following day. Staff were lovely, the food was tasty and nicely presented, and the lounge bar was comfortable and pretty. The entertainment was very good too. There's a decent-sized pool, a steam room and a gym. The hotel's offers are good value for money. I had a lovely weekend and I'll be back soon.

I liked the location and the pool was clean and well kept, but the changing area was shabby. The floor was cracked, the lockers were falling apart, and the place gave off a neglected feel. The room also needs attention. The carpet and furniture were worn, the decor felt decades old, and the bathroom was worse, with grimy tiles and a tired shower curtain. It wasn't exactly dirty, but it was well past its best. At around £160 a night, it felt steep. The Inn on the Prom in St Annes looks tidy enough from outside. Staff were polite, though they didn't seem especially engaged. When I asked for things, I'd get a nod but not much follow-through. It's a three out of five for me. The location and pool are decent, but the room and bathroom let it down, and the service could have been more attentive. It's no disaster, but for that price I expected more. I wouldn't rush back, though if you had to stay, you'd manage.

The room was excellent and the breakfast was great. It's a beautiful hotel in a really good location, though some parts are a little tired. All the staff were fantastic.

We didn't try the food, but it looked amazing, with a good selection on the menu and a busy restaurant. The band was fantastic, our room was lovely, and the staff were all amazing. It was my partner's birthday and they went above and beyond for us. Excellent hotel, we'd recommend it and are definitely going again.
