My room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The TV let me sign in to my own account, and everything worked. The hotel is central, but it was peaceful during my stay, with no loud traffic passing by. Staff were polite and helpful, and the bar was inexpensive. It’s good value without feeling cheap. I’d gladly stay again.

We were two girls in Newcastle for the night, and they kindly moved us to a four-bed female dorm at no extra charge. The place was clean and the staff were really sweet. Our room on the third floor was boiling, even though the rest of the floor and the other rooms were cool. Apart from that, no problems. We’ll definitely stay again :)

The hotel was very clean, and I think it may have been recently renovated. Our room was warm, the TV had programs and internet access, and the bed linen was spotless. Check-in took just two minutes, and the staff were very friendly. I appreciated the amenities and would happily return. The only disappointment was the noise from the hallway doors and floor. The soundproofing could use some thought to reduce it.

The bed was huge and really comfortable, and our room was just right. Staff were so friendly and helpful. It’s only a few minutes’ walk from the city centre, yet the area was quiet at night. Great value too. This will be my usual choice when I visit Newcastle again.

Really no complaints. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the bar was good. Staff were great, and the prices were sensible.
