We had a lovely time here. The host made us feel welcome, and our room was spotless with a really comfortable bed. Breakfast was nice too, and we had no problems at all. We'll be back soon :)

The location is ideal, right by Paignton centre and the beach. Our room was clean and everything was fine, and the hosts were kind and helpful during our stay.

Our double room was really spacious, tidy and clean for the two nights we stayed. There wasn't a sea view, but it takes literally two minutes to get to the water, and parking out front was handy. The host, or owner, was very nice. There was a slight food smell in the entrance by the dining room, though it didn't reach the room. The beach, pier, cinema, pubs and other attractions are all within walking distance.

Dev went the extra mile after I left an item behind, making sure it was sent to my home and arrived within 24 hours. He's a wonderful host and nothing seems too much trouble. We had a very comfortable room at P&M Residence, the whole place was spotless, and there was lots of choice at breakfast. The location is great, about a five-minute walk to the bus station. We took a 20-minute bus ride to Totnes, which has great shops, then went to the quaint town of Brixham the next day. We had a lovely two-night stay.
