The room was spot on, with its own bathroom and shower, a TV, and a kettle with cups, coffee, tea, and sugar. The bath water got really hot. The staff were so helpful, and one of them showed me around the property. She was always working, and nothing was ever a problem. Really good service. I'll go back next time I'm in preston.

Breakfast was superb, and the rooms were tidy and comfortable, with an amazing shower. My two nights there were very peaceful. The staff made the stay extra special. Rachel was fantastic on the first night, and we had a great chat while enjoying late-night refreshments. The gentleman, possibly the manager, whose name I didn't catch, was brilliant both nights. He clearly knew his job, went out of his way to help, and even kept us company in the bar late at night. Top hotel, very recommended.

We stayed from 7th to 8th Feb 2026. The hotel and rooms were very clean and quiet, and breakfast was 10/10, all hot and nicely presented. The lady who checked us in was so polite and informative, and really went the extra mile to make us welcome. At check-out, the lady on the desk was just as pleasant and helpful. We'd definitely return. Emma and Amanda Lee

The reception team were super friendly and pointed us towards some great places to eat and visit. The town centre is just a 5-minute walk away, with a different food nationality to try every night. Our room was great, roomy and clean, with everything we needed. Superb.

It was my first time at this hotel, and I'd definitely recommend it. The location is good, there's parking for the car, and the staff were very friendly. It'd be nice to have a croissant or something similar at breakfast, though. A nice hotel.
