The team clearly put a lot of effort into keeping the place fresh, clean, tidy, and welcoming. If you need something, just ask and they'll help. We were looked after from the moment we came in, and the staff were lovely and friendly. Our stay felt comfortable, safe, and very welcoming. 😀😊 ❤️ They do ask guests to respect the rules and follow them strictly: no smoking anywhere in the building, only paying guests may enter and they must stay in their own room. Please don't block or gather around the entrance or reception. Violence or threatening behavior toward staff or customers is strictly prohibited.

It took about four hours for the electric radiator to warm the room, which was freezing when I arrived. The beds could use another pillow or better ones, and blackout curtains would help because the morning light is so bright that the sun wakes you. The hotel is extremely clean, the service is good, and the plumbing works really well. I'd most likely stay again.

We went for tonehenge on December 17 and planned to stay one night, but the hotel was so good we spent most of our time there instead of going out. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Everything we needed was within a ten-minute walk, and it was amazing value for the low price. Big up Dusties. Would definitely stay again.

Really nice room and staff, and the WiFi was very good. The people around there are lovely and sociable, and we had a laugh. The price was fairly cheap, and reception was really nice. I'd recommend this hotel to lots of people.
