Peartree Serviced Apartments

Modern, comfortable apartments in a good location, clean and tidy, with everything I needed for a few nights. Check-in was easy, and I'd stay again. The laundry room is great, and the vending machine has useful essentials and snacks at reasonable prices. Parking is compact, but fine if everyone parks neatly.

The team were warm, welcoming and clearly proud of the property and the guest experience. The one-bedroom apartment was spacious, very well cared for and in a perfect location, with everything we needed for four comfortable days. We had a fantastic Christmas stay at Peartree Apartments while visiting family. I'd highly recommend it and won't consider anywhere else on future visits.

Staff were very helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. You can have the rooms serviced each day if you want, and there are plenty of washing machines and tumble dryers. The Peartree Apartments work like a hotel but let you cater for yourself. There's a fridge with an ice box, microwave, hob and oven, and the centre of Salisbury, with lots of restaurants, is a 10-minute walk away.

This was our third visit to PearTree Apartments in Salisbury, and our most special one so far. We came back for our wedding anniversary with our son and cat. The team surprised us with wine, a lovely card, a nursery rhyme book for our son and treats for the cat. We were really touched by how thoughtful they were. The apartment was spacious, spotless and fully equipped, with extra bedding and towels, kitchen essentials and even wine glasses. Cooking was easy, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and they had all the practical things we needed, including a high chair, dishwasher tablets, toilet roll and games for kids. There's on-site parking, a laundry room, a lovely breakfast selection, and the place is pet-friendly. PearTree makes you feel so welcome you almost don't want to leave. We're grateful for the kindness and care, and hope to return next year. It really feels like home.
