I went down at 8:26 for the meal I knew was good, and which was advertised as available until 9. They told me they hadn't had an order for an hour, so they'd stopped serving. Check with guests when they plan to eat, or ask the chef to do his part in earning a living and looking after paying customers. It might stop people going hungry.

I really appreciated having oat milk, and there were vegan choices at breakfast too. Dinner had a whole menu of vegan and vegetarian options, which was a great selection.

The battered cod with chips and mushy peas was superb, and it was presented beautifully. I'd definitely recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay, and the hotel's location right by the beach was a big part of that. Our room was spotless, with a sea view you could see from bed. I’ve attached photos taken from the room. The family room had a separate bedroom with its own TV, which worked well for the kids. Staff were friendly and helpful. We all liked our evening meal in the restaurant, and breakfast was hearty, with a good cooked selection as well as self-service cereals and other things. The shower only gave hot water, too hot to use comfortably. We managed for the few days we were there, though.
