Lisa at reception made us feel at home straight away. She remembered our earlier conversation and surprised us with a room upgrade for our special occasion. The balcony had a stunning view, and her care made me feel even better about choosing Kenwood Hall. Elise also deserves a big thank you for decorating the room with lovely little touches that made us smile as soon as we walked in. It was spotless, check-in was easy and we had everything we needed. From booking onwards, my experience with Kenwood Hall has been really good. The team and customer service are hard to match, and every person we met was kind, attentive, caring and genuinely helpful. The spa was a lovely place to unwind. I’d recommend staying here, holding a private event or coming for a spa day. We had a great time and will definitely be back. Thanks to everyone!

Lisa at reception made my birthday memorable by upgrading our room. It was a generous, thoughtful surprise that set us up for a lovely stay at Kenwood Hotel. Elise had prepared the room with balloons and a birthday card, a really personal touch that made walking in a special moment. The room was spacious, comfortable and immaculate, and everything felt cared for and relaxing. Staff throughout the hotel were welcoming, friendly and attentive. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. Thanks to Lisa, Elise and the whole team for making the celebration so special. We appreciated the kindness and are already looking forward to coming back.

The pool was warm and cosy, and after that we relaxed in the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. It washed away a week of stress. Everything was clean and well presented, there was plenty to do, and nobody rushed us to move on. The other guests were pleasant too, so the atmosphere felt really relaxed. We booked a surprise birthday weekend for my partner, and Lisa at reception upgraded us to a luxurious suite. It had a birthday card, chocolates and even a cake made from a towel, complete with a happy couple fashioned from flannels. My partner loves origami and was delighted by it. It was an amazing gesture. After a week of work and bad weather, the peaceful stay was just what we needed. Free parking was included, and everything we needed seemed to be provided. The staff were kind and helpful, like people we’d known forever, and housekeeping was polite and attentive. The room was fresh and clean, a real home away from home. Kenwood Hall felt classy and elegant, with beautifully laid-out dining areas and a wholesome, tasty menu. The grounds looked spectacular, and we’ll definitely come back to explore them. If they could sort the weather too, that’d be fab. This place is a hidden gem, and I wish I’d found it sooner, more secret than the colonel’s recipe.

We had a beautiful stay for my partner’s birthday and were upgraded to a much bigger, spacious room with complimentary soft drinks, robes, slippers and a balcony. The hotel is in a lovely setting with nature around, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We visited the spa, which we were told we could use for free after checkout. It was lovely, with a heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. We’ll definitely be back! ❤️
