B&B HOTEL London Heathrow

The food was delicious, and the service was second to none. My family and I felt very well looked after, with lovely attention to the little things. The kids were given colouring boxes, and when we left some crayons behind, one of the ladies brought them back to our room. Another staff member brought them sweet treats too. The airport location is very convenient, and we’d definitely return. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were glad to be so near the airport, since we stayed one night before my son’s 06.45 flight. We had to get up very early and left at 04.30, so we can’t comment on breakfast. There was a keypad code on the door instead of a card, which I liked because there’s no key card to forget. The room had a few snags, though. The heating didn’t warm it up while we were at dinner, so we used the portable electric heater. We couldn’t get the TV on with either the remote or the button underneath. I couldn’t find a way to reach reception except by walking there, and I’d already changed into my pyjamas. There was only one pillow per bed, so I put clothes underneath mine to make it higher. Two pillows on each bed would let people choose. Parking for the night cost £15. The first ticket wouldn’t scan when we returned from dinner, so I had to get another one. The barrier also wouldn’t open when we left in the morning, and I had to go inside to ask someone to open it. It wasn’t a bad stay, but a few small fixes would make things easier.

The hotel was affordable, which made our London trip easier, and the staff were kind and welcoming throughout. I stayed with my daughter over the half-term break, and we had a lovely time. After long days exploring the city, our clean, comfortable room had everything we needed. I’d happily come back.

The room was neat and tidy, with extra towels and tea available, and I had a comfortable stay. The one problem was the heating. The thermostat wasn’t working, and the spare heater reception sent didn’t do much, so the room felt cold. I checked in very late, but the staff were courteous and accommodating. I couldn’t stay for breakfast because my cab was waiting, though it looked like plenty of people were enjoying it. As a woman travelling alone, I felt the location was secure, and it’s only a five-minute drive from Heathrow airport terminal 5. Everything else was excellent, and I had a great experience.
