We stayed with Les Rocquettes for a four day Christmas package and had a lovely time. The staff were kind and friendly, and made us feel cared for and at home. The hotel was generous with wine pairings, gin tasting, buffet lunches, and treats in our rooms and at our tables every day. The food was excellent and interesting, and the bar was reasonably priced. We took the boat trip to Herm and joined the quiz. The health suite was clean and lovely to use, with a pool, sauna, steam room and hot jacuzzi. We couldn’t have asked for more.

There was plenty of free parking at both the front and rear. The restaurant food and service were great, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel had a gym, pool with hot tub, steam room and sauna. I was there for a long weekend in October while attending a Masonic Meeting on Saturday. The room was spotless, but could use refurbishment. The décor looked like it was from around 1960, and some soft furnishings were threadbare.

We had a fantastic first trip to Guernsey with my youngest Daughter for Remembrance Weekend, and plan to return to the island soon as a family. We’ll definitely stay at Les Rocquettes again. The food in the restaurant was incredible, the spa facilities were superb, and the staff were incredibly friendly. We loved the classy décor too. The hotel was clean and tidy, and our room smelled great. It was nice to see the soaps, shampoos and other toiletries were locally sourced.

The room was very comfortable, and the bed was superb. The food was excellent, too. Staff were friendly and attentive, regularly checking that everything was in order.

The hotel was excellent, with friendly, efficient and welcoming staff throughout. Sarah in the bar and the tall Scottish lad in the restaurant deserve a special mention. My only small niggle was that the General Manager didn’t interact with us at all during our stay. Even a simple good morning would have been enough. The other staff were extremely polite.
