Premier Inn Stevenage Central

Even on a business trip, I didn’t feel lonely here. It was refreshing to sit down, switch off and have someone engage me in conversation. The bar was warm and calm, and the food was amazing. Customer service was top notch, friendly and professional without feeling forced. Lee, Hayley and Lisa are absolute gems, and there was also a young man downstairs who was a legend with the cards. I can’t remember his name, but I’m sure people will know who I mean. The hotel is spotless, well looked after and welcoming from the moment you arrive. I didn’t find a single thing disappointing. This stay reminded me why I enjoy Premier Inn. It’s often underrated and deserves more credit. The people here really make the place, and I’m grateful to the team for making my stay so positive.

The staff are what make this hotel stand out. They were all lovely, always ready with a friendly word, and nothing felt like too much trouble. It’s clear they enjoy their work, and the customer service shows it. The room itself was accessible, a good size, well equipped, clean and comfortable, much like other Premier Inn rooms we’ve stayed in. It’s easy to get to from the A1 and there’s plenty of free parking. Thanks to you all.

We stayed three nights for business. Lisa and Hayley made us feel welcome when we arrived, and the rest of the staff kept that up throughout. The room was okay, though a bit worn in places. Evening meals and breakfasts were decent.

After a stressful event meant my children and I were temporarily moved to this hotel, the staff did everything they could to make us comfortable. They’ve been friendly and brilliant with the kids. A massive thank you to hayley, Lisa, taylor, lea and lianne for being so accommodating. We’ll definitely come back.
