I arrived at the Swindon Premier Inn near the M4 last Sunday, glad to be back at the chain I usually choose after an unpleasant surprise at the nearby Travelodge. At Premier Inn I know what to expect, and the familiar welcome was comforting. The blonde lady on evening duty, whose name I've forgotten, was good at her job, and so was Laura on the morning shift. Every stay, my wife and I have found the staff sincere, pleasant and ready to go out of their way to help. That's why we like Premier Inns: the rooms are consistently clean and the beds and pillows comfortable. I was grateful to be there. Breakfast was one of the best around and worth the cost. My only gripe is that the bacon is cut very thin. Please don't penny-pinch, customers know the standards, and lowering them would be a slippery slope. Thanks again to all the staff for making it a good stay.

I've stayed at this Premier Inn several times, and the last two visits were in accessible room number 5. It had no glasses, a ripped towel and a mattress that needed replacing. I'll probably stay again, though I'm looking at other options.

A Greggs across the road is handy for a quick breakfast on the go. We like the easy access and parking, and the rooms are clean and the team friendly. We've stayed before and it didn't disappoint.

Check-in was quick and the receptionist was warm and welcoming. It was easy to find and park, just remember to register your reg at reception. The facilities were clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. I'd definitely book again.

The rooms were clean and the location is great, but it was the reception staff who made this our best Premier Inn stay. They were wonderful, friendly, helpful and professional, and really lifted the experience. I highly recommend the Premier Inn M4 j16.
