Premier Inn Warrington North East

Pam made the cooked-to-order breakfast lovely every morning, going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I was working away and stayed four nights. The room was beautiful, the bed amazing, and I enjoyed lovely meals every evening. Thanks, Pam. Hope to see you again x

The rooms are decent and clean, like Premier Inns generally, so I don't have concerns about booking here. I chose it again for its good motorway location. Sadly, there was no cooked breakfast that morning because the chef had an accident. I hope they're okay. It took the shine off a little, as I'd really been looking forward to a proper cooked start to the day.

We found the hotel good value and had a good stay overall. It's about a five-minute drive from Warrington centre, with plenty to do there, and Liverpool and Manchester are less than an hour away. Warrington also looked to have a lot going for it. The hotel was easy to find, and the staff at both reception and the adjoining pub were very friendly. The room was standard, clean and made with good quality things. Renovations did mean loud noise at times, maybe from 08:30 to 16:30. The Swan is the place for food and drinks, including breakfast. Our evening meal there was good, though around £80 felt a bit pricey. I was initially disappointed that breakfast wasn't a buffet and had to be ordered at the table, but the food was better than at other Premier Inns I've tried. The farmhouse bread was proper bread, the sausages were better and the bacon was good too. They only had filter coffee, though, with no dedicated machine for other coffees.

I feel welcome every time I come here. The manager and staff are wonderful, always smiling and making me feel at home. The rooms are clean and tidy. It's lovely having such nice people around you. Well done, Premier Inn manager! X
